Privacy Policy

Your name, email address, phone number, pickup and delivery addresses, and a description of the merchandise you are shipping. For paid orders, we also keep the invoice amount and the last four digits of the card used.

To quote your shipment, prepare shipping and customs paperwork, hand the shipment to the carrier, take payment, and contact you about the status of your goods.

Card payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider. Full card numbers and security codes never reach our systems and are never stored by us.

Only the parties needed to move your shipment: carriers, airlines, ocean lines, customs brokers, customs authorities and our payment provider. We never sell or rent your information to anyone, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Shipping and payment records are kept for as long as US tax and customs rules require, then deleted. Quote requests that do not turn into shipments are deleted once they are no longer relevant.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies set are strictly necessary for the site to function.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email sales@cariexglobal.com and we will respond within 30 days.
