Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every service Cariex Global LLC provides, including package receiving, handling, consolidation and international shipping coordination. By placing an order or paying an invoice you accept them.

1. Who we are

Cariex Global LLC, 750 NW Enterprise Dr, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34986. Phone (561) 403-8017. Email sales@cariexglobal.com. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm Eastern Time.

2. Our services

We receive packages, pallets and loose merchandise at our facility, handle and consolidate them, prepare them for transport, and coordinate shipment by road, sea or air. Transportation itself is performed by third-party carriers, airlines and ocean lines. Cariex Global LLC acts as your shipping coordinator, not as the carrier.

3. Quotes and prices

Quotes are based on the weight, dimensions, value and destination you declare. All prices are quoted and charged in US Dollars (USD). If actual weight, dimensions or contents differ from what you declared, we will re-quote before shipping and any difference is payable by you.

4. Payment

Payment is due before a shipment departs unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store your full card details.

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are legally allowed to ship the goods you send us, that the contents are accurately described, and that they are not prohibited or restricted by the carrier, by US export rules, or by the laws of the destination country. Prohibited items include, without limitation: explosives, flammable liquids and gases, illegal drugs, weapons and ammunition, live animals, cash, and perishable food unless we agree in advance.

6. Duties, taxes and customs

Import duties, taxes, inspection charges and customs fees at the destination are the responsibility of the shipper or receiver and are not included in our service price unless the quote says so. Customs authorities may inspect, hold or seize a shipment; we cannot control or reverse those decisions.

7. Storage

Merchandise sent to our address is stored free of charge for up to 14 days while we prepare the shipment. After that, storage fees may apply and will be quoted to you before they are charged.

8. Liability

Unless you purchase additional coverage, liability for loss or damage in transit is limited to the carrier's standard liability for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or missed events, or for delays caused by weather, port congestion, carrier schedules, customs or other events outside our control.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
